To be brutally honest 2 - 4 lbs per week is not realistic. 1 -2 is what SW would be expecting you to lose. We are all different and we all lose at different rates. Slow and steady wins the race everytime. While this may frustrate the hell out of you it is the most sensible way and most likely to stay off.
What I would say is that you could try Red or Green which works better for some. I like the variety of EE but I think it is a lot slower. Also, you could try a week or two of success express. This may make a difference for you. Also, I note you don't have a lot to lose and you will read time and time again, the closer you get to goal the harder it is to shift. Your BMI is 24.1 so you are in the healthy weight range and I suspect this may impact on your losses. I'm not sure changing to another diet will make much difference but mixing the plan up slightly may help you or you could try eating some different food groups (are you eating the same stuff over and over??)
