Arrghhh, it's been a bit of a mental week - basically at a party a week ago, I got punched in the face by a complete idiot and he fractured my cheekbone, ruptured my nose and caused a subconjunctival haemmorage on in my eye!

Because of that, I have been on very strong painkillers that had to go with food so been a bit mental this week but feeling much better and restarting tomorrow - got packs, water and bars all prepared!

Anyway, hope you are all doing well and I'll catch up some diaries tonight!

Yeah Chrissy, three counts of Common Assault and he got a caution! Police were great though - there in about 4 minutes!

God nonni that's terrible!! What a complete prat. Glad the police have sorted him, I assume they've offered you all the post crime care like counselling etc? Ugh, horrible man.
