Ive just started on a low carb diet. I am the worlds most picky eater!!! Can anyone help me come up with meal plans? The list of food that I DONT like are below.....:sigh:
I'm much the same Gemz apart from the nuts. I hide veg in soup and force myself to eat a tiny amount of salad every day. Fruit - I like only strawberries and rasps so am stuffing myself with them
