Hi, I'm new to the forum, but have been trying to loose weight through a better diet for a few years. I've found a big improvement to my health for changing my diet and have lost weight, it's just been very slow. I started off at 11st 4lbs and am currently 9st 3lbs. I would like to loose another stone I think, but it depends more on how my clothes look on than what I weigh.
I'll try to post my food for each day, I'm trying to stick to around 1200 cals, but I'm not counting them religiously.
