Saturday 29th March 2014

Lovely day, spo straight in the garden and started digging to get things ready for planting veg.

Breakfast - WM toast, Egg, bacon, mushroom, Black coffee

Snack - Orange, Black tea, water, mango

Lunch - Toasted Ham sandwich which a massive salad (Soinach, rocket, tarragon, mint, cucumber, carrot, raddish, peppers), 1 tbs mayo, Black tea

went to the shops to get a chicken as all past week I have been eating vegetables or mince beef. Was naughty and bought some crossiant on offer

Snack - Crossisant, strawberry jam, youghrt, apple, Black tea

Dinner - Chicken cooked with onions and boiled rice, Black tea

Straight after breakfast in the garden to get on with chores - Lovely day

Worked in the garden more and planted a few things - let shope this year I am more successful with my veg than last year.

That was delish and so simple to make. I left half of it for lunch today - If I am in London, when Mick is away, you are welcome to come over and I make it for you. shame I ruined rest of the day with snacking.

Breakfast - Apple, Black coffee

Needed to read some articles so stayed indoors and read read and read

Lunch - Leftover kebab from last night with WM pitta (HEXB), 1 tbs mayo, large salad (lettuce, tomato, raddish, cucumber, tomato), Black tea

Had enough of reading so did loads of gardening. Went out for a long walk to clear my head and gather my thoughts for a presentation I need to do next week. Mistake was that I took some more articles to read. It was a beautiful day in the country lanes.

Dinner - Chicken cooked with onions and rice, Black tea

Snack - Too much rubbish. Only because I can't make up my mind how to write my presentation. Well decided to forget about it tonight and start afresh in the morning.

I know real one is good from time to time. My dad loves it. There is a good on near them (well 3 bus stops away), once a week he goes there and gets the kebab only an dthey have it with rice.
 
Wednesday 2nd April 2014 - EE

Decided to take it easy today and not to push myself too much

Went to town to get some shopping and bought lovely goodies - all healthy

Lunch/snack - Banana, orange, strawberries, apple, peach youghrt (6 syns) - worth it

Went for a long walk - my legs ached. suppose it is from all the gardening

made some food for tomorrow

Dinner - Steak, onion, mushroom, garlic, courgette ribbons in phili sauce (1/2 HEXA), baked potato. Deeeelliiissshhhh!!

Probably will have a hot choc later on (1/2 HEX, choc powder (3 syns)).

Monday 7th April 2014 - EE

Breakfast - WM pitta (HEXB), 1 tsp caramel paste (2 syns), philly (1/2 HEXA), Black tea

This caramel paste (or whatever it is) is caramel you get inside chocolate - it was delish but I did not want too much so had a scraping which I rekon 1 tsp

Snack - 1 tiny biscuit (3 syns), Black coffee, Orange

Lunch - Soup (onion, dried mint, 1 tsp sugar, pomegrante syrup (2 syns), egg). I have been craving this for ages and on a cold day like today was called for

Went for a walk with a friend and stopped at a coffee shop. I have a cup of tea.

Dinner - Last of the leftover curry (onion, garlic, ginger, chili, mushroom, carrot, coconut milk (2 syns)), boiled rice.

Bought myself a smaller plate and bowl to see if I can reduce portion sizes. When I salad, then I use a big plate
