You can have two HEA's as well :) I have a double helping of milk or some laughing cow triangles. I aim for 7 - 10 syns a day and that seems to work for me, but I think it may depend on how much you have to lose.

I do think eating a bit more might help - the HEX's and maybe some free food and/or some more syns.

Oh, and make sure you have lots of water too - that helps me. Good luck

My (old) book that I go by says I should only have one HEXA a day and two HEXB, strange! Im up for Laughing Cow Triangles though!

Thursday 11th June 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast:
2 slices of Nimble bread (HEXB) with 2 tbsp of reduced sugar jam.

Snack: 1/2 a punnet of strawberrys, Alpen Light bar (HEXB) and a strawberry Muller Light.

Lunch: 1/2 a pack of sea food sticks, toffee muller light and a Alpen Light bar (HEXB).

Dinner: Lamb chop (fat trimmed) and mix vegetables (peas, carrots, brocolli and cauliflower) with an OXO cube for gravey.

Tonights Snack: Packet of Quavers, 1/2 a honeydew melon and 1/2 a curleywurly.

Total Syns: 9.5

Just a thought! You seem to be eating the same things quite a bit, ie s eafood sticks, and alpen bars. Could you vary your HEs more.It might help to shock your body for the last few pounds if you have different foods to what you are used to. Maybe have a big salad with your protein at lunch and fruit so you don't need the bar, and then could have something different.It may be that with only 6 lbs to go you might need to cut back to 5 syns (FABULOUS weightloss bye the way! Good on you!) and increase your exercise just to get rid of the "hard core!" Good luck hun!.

Friday 12th June 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 27g Porridge Oats (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA)

Snack: Apple and a Chocolate Alpen Light bar.

Lunch: Heinz Spag Bowl, apple and Summer Fruit Alpen Light bar.

Dinner: Pasta mixed with onions, mushrooms, cheery tomato's and creme freche.

Tonight's Snack: (Went to the pub, whoops!) Pint of Aspall Cider, bag of cheese and onion chedders, handful of peanuts.

Total Syns: Too Many!!!!
 
Saturday 13th June 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast:
2 Wheatabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: Banana.

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble bread (HEXB)filled with cherry tomato's and Tesco sliced roast chicken.

Dinner: Lean minced meat with onions, mushrooms and 1/2 a sachet of Blue Dragon spring onion and Oystser sauce.

Total Syns: 3

Sunday 14th June 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 27g Porridge Oats (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) and reduced sugar jam.

Snack: Banana and Alpen Light bar (1/2 HEXB).

Lunch: Batchlors Cheese and Brocoli Pasta made with milk (HEXA), water and butter.

Dinner: SW chips, spagetti and 3 Quorn sausages.

Tonight's Snack: 3 Jaffa Cakes

Lunch: 2 slices of nimble bread (HEBX) stuffed with chicken and cherry tomato's.

Dinner: Lean miced steak with mix veg and sweet and sour sauce.

Tonights Snack: Strawberry Muller light and 2 jaffa cakes.

Lunch: Heinz Ravioli and a strawberry muller light.

Dinner: 3 Quorn sausages and boiled rice.

Tonight's Snack: 1 packet of Quavers and 2 Jaffa Cakes

2 Wheatabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: Banana and an Alpen Light bar.

Lunch: Weight Watchers Fromache Frais yogurt and 2 slices of Nimble bread with lots of ham.

Dinner: 1/2 a roasted chicken (no skin) and a tsp of tomato sauce.

Tonights Snack: 28g Haribo's fried eggs.

Total Syns: 9.5

Lunch: One Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEXB).

Dinner: Chinese takeaway - Plane boiled Rice and mixed veg omlette.

Total Syns: I really dont know how many syns was in the omlette, but im going to say 10 to be on the safe side!
 
Sunday 20th June 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 27g Fruit 'n' Fiber (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA).

Lunch: 2 medium sixed jacket potatos with baked beans, sprinking of cheese and some pots cooked in some cheese sauce and one slice of brown bread (HEXB).

Dinner: Nothing, had a late lunch so wasnt hungry.

Tonight's Snack: 2 Jaffa Cakes

Dinner: Peice of frying steak, vegetables and a tsp of tomato sauce.

Tonights Snack: 200g Del Monte canned Pinapple.

Lunch: Pasta in Sauce made with milk (HEXA) and water.

Dinner: Boiled poatoes, 2 Quorn sausages and some spagetti.

Tonight's Snack: 1 Cadburys Mini Roll

Snack: Banana and a small bunch of grapes.

Lunch: Tuna mayo (Helmans extra light) with 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB).

Dinner: 4 Tesco Light Choices cumberland sausages and mixed veg with tomato sauce.

Tonights Snack: 28g Haribo
