Breakfast: 28g Fruit and Fibre (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA).

Snack: Banana and 2 Alpen Light bars (HEXB).

Lunch: Chicken noodle Mug Shot.

Dinner: Boiled rice with Quorn 'chicken' pieces with 1/2 a sachet of Blue Dragon spring onion and Oystser sauce.

Tonight's Snack: Strawberries

Dinner: Pasta with onions, mushrooms, tomatos and 2 table spoons of healthy creme freche.

Dinner: Jacket potato with baked beans and a splash of Worcestershire Sauce.

2 Slices of nimble toast with scrambled egg (HEXB).

Lunch: Roast chicken salad.

Dinner: Steak with mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatos, brocilli and carrots.

Tonights Snack: 2 Jaffa Cakes, 1 packet of Quavers and a strawberry mullerlight (had the munchies!)

Lunch: Balchlors savory rice.

Dinner: Batchlors cheese and brocilli pasta 'n' sauce, made with milk (HEXA) and water and 1 tbsp of Flora light.

Tonight's Snack: 2 jaffa Cakes

Went wayyy to mad this weekend, went to a birthdy part in Bristol so ate and drank too much! So, starting again today with a green day.

Sunday 5th July 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, beans, grilled tomato and button mushrooms.

Snack: Mulller light.

Lunch: Banana.

Dinner: Quorn in Domio sauce (1/4 of a jar) with spagetti pasta.

Lol thanks hun! Was taken Saturday night on a mash-up in Bristol.

Snack: Apple, 1/2 a honeydew melon and a whole punnet of strawberrys.

Lunch: Wafer thin roast ham nimble bread sandwich (HEXB).

Dinner: steak cut into strips, marinaded in Blue Dragon Oyster and Spring onion stir fry sauce with stir fry vegetables (carrot, onion, mushrooms, cabbage and bean sprouts).

Tonights Snack: 1/2 of a curleywurly

Dinner: Picknic! I tried to be good! Cherry tomatos, chicken, tuna and ham sandwich's (brown bread HEXB), 2 southern fried chicken breasts and 1 southern fried chicken leg with the skin and coating removed, 2 table spoons of BBQ sauce.
