I'm pregnant!!!! Eek! I'm only 4weeks and5 days so it is very early days. I've known for 10 days now and I'm very happy. This will be our first baby
Anyway I started weight watchers in 2012 and lost 3 stone and have since maintained it. However I know I don't have the strength to say no to bad foods without following a plan and pregnancy seems like an excuse to eat whatever I want and not worry about weighty gain.
I'm not scared about gaining weight while pregnant and I understand it is completely normal to gain 15-25lbs. However I don't want to gain 40-60lbs if you know what I mean.
Plus slimming world will help me make sure I get all my fruit and veg and all the other healthy nutrients my body and baby need. So here I go....
I need to make sure I read the rules fully regarding healthy extras. I know I get 2 A's and 2 B's but I just need to check that is the only different thing I do.
I am going for tea at the inlaws tomorrow and she is making spaghetti bolagnase. I'm sure this will be very very SW friendly but I'll not worry too much about this. So I am starting tomorrow but my first day may have a bit of guess work.
I have gained a bit of weight over December (plus some pregnancy bloating) so it would be nice to lose that in my first few weeks.
