Sarah's re-start :)

I've just got home from group, I've sts im really happy with that because we've been decorating our bathroom and I've been to busy to be bothered to cook so for 3 days I've not been on plan, so next week im aiming for 2.5 to get my half stone.

Love that photo of callum having his first bath in the new bath :)

Ive also been drinking these this week, only 2.5 syns and they are gorgeous :)

L: pasta in my homemade tomato and onion soup/sauce. Muller Greek style (0.5)

D: chicken fillet, mash potatoes with onions, mushy peas, gravy (2.5)

S: apple, hifi (heb)

Milk is my hea and is used in drinks and the mash

Syns: 3 so far :)
 
Just had dinner and it was nice but the onions in the mash needed to be a bit softer, i fried them in frylight but didn't leave them on long enough. I think hubby wants a drink tonight he won't be in from work till about 7.30pm from 6 this morning so i will prob be having some cause I've got zero willpower, but i will have 4 of those radlers, I've also eaten callums leftover Richmond skinless sausage counting it as 2.5 but will check for def, so that's 15.5 syns today :)

Hi cas, the radlers are gorgeous and according to mfp they are only 60 cals :) the sauce is gorgeous its a carton of passata, 1 pint of chic stock, 1 chopped red onion, black pepper and a sprinkle of garlic granules. Boil it all up then simmer for 20 mins and blend it, i also eat it as a soup and its about 70 cals a portion ( makes 3/4 portions)xx
 
Oh my god that's shabba, they are only 2% and 60 cals, can have a normal can of fosters for 6.5 syns, oh well at least im taking less alcohol in, thanks Emma.x
 
I've had 2 bottles of beer so that's 11 syns, and another muller Greek (0.5) so that's 17 syns today, slightly over but not much.x
 
Well done you. Would it be worth using fewer syns for the next few days to even it out or are you just going to accept it for what it is as it is only 2 over?

Hi :) i do weekly syns so i usually have more at weekend and less through week, so hopefully it will even itself out, thanks.xx
 
Food today

B: omellete with lf cheese (hea) 2 turkey rashers. Apple

L: homemade tomato and onion soup, mullerlight.

D: ww pitta (heb) chicken, onions, shredded cabbage, lettuce and carrot,hellmenns garlic mayo (will check syns later) sw chips lots of salt and vinegar :) love fakeaway kebab and chips :)

I've cleaned the house and windows and im gagging for a beer with this sunshine, so going to have more radlers tonight, will try to not go mad, does anyone know uf i can get slimmer of the week next week if i sts this week???? I really want it so im aiming for that in the hope that it keeps me motivated :)
 
Had 4 bottles so that's 22 syns and half a can of magners counting 4 for it. Then got munchies so had a cuppa tea, mullerlight, banana and alpen bar at 3 syns so that's 29.

29 + 17 from yesterday is 46 so far, im tired and full bellied so gonna bed, night peeps.xxx
