stuck to it 100% this week so i hope for a good loss. back to pp 2mo gonna switch between the 2 sf one wk, pp next hoping to mix things up a bit?!
yeah i am a little worried it might be hard sticking to but i am craving the junk food so if i have a week on pp i can have the meals like fish an chips at the weekend, but i do really like the free foods on simply filling, hopefully i can have the best of both diets
