Skinny for 2016 - Sarah's Diary - I can do this!

Well here I am again, I did loose just over 7lb before Christmas....I gained 3 1/4lbs over Christmas but now I'm back on it.

I will try to keep my diary updated daily. I think if I post my diary on here it will keep me motivated. If anyone has tips please feel free to share

Day 1 - 4th January

Breakfast - Skipped - Late up
Drinks - 1 Cup of coffee and a fruit tea

Dinner -Chicken Salad - (Cucumber, tomato, coleslaw, chicken, carrots) , Satsuma

Tea - Scrambled egg on toast

Supper - Half a cheese and onion sandwich (darts)
Slimline bitter lemon

Total calories - 812 - I know this is low, but for once I didn't feel hungry so I couldn't see the point of eating just for the fun of it.

I'm planning on loosing 3stone in total but my first mini goal is to get into the 15's - hopefully wont be too long.

My diary will be very plain as I'm a very fussy eater.
 
Day 2 - 5/1/16

Breakfast
EasiYo Peach Yoghurt
Cup of Black Tea 2 sweetners, Lidl Fruit Tea

Dinner
Weight Watchers beef hotpot

Snack

2 Wholemeal Bread
3 Rashers of Bacon
Brown Sauce

Apple

2 Pints of Water

Raspberry & Peach Tea, Kellogs Honey Hoops
1 Apple

Dinner
1 Warburton Thin, Philidelphia, Chicken (asda), cucumber, lettuce
Carrot Sticks, Cucumber Sticks


Tea
200g chicken breast, 2 rashers of bacon, bbq sauce. Side salad - cucumber and tomato
Banana

Total calories - 1028

It's very hard but I manage, I lost 3 stone doing calorie counting about 3 years ago it took me 6 months
