Lol oh right. .well you take it easy. Sometimes you just need to listen to you body an if it says its tired then you need to take care of yourself and relax if you can. Yes im fine thanks another trip to aldi today to stock up for this week. X

Thank you lovely I'm a carer for my mum so seem constantly on the go. Mybody definitely needs some more sleep than I allow it - which is daft. Time to start listening to it
