19st - only a 1lb loss but I didn't expect a good week as me and my boyfriend went to London for a couple of days to see a show so lots of eating out!!

I'm sure you'll be ok I started only a month ago and I was 19st 13.5lbs and i want to be around the 13st mark, if we keep going I'm sure we will get to the end of our journey's keep going
18st 13lbs.........below the 19st mark but only just!!! The problem isn't so much what I eat but that I don't do enough to burn it off. I am off work this week so hopefully I can get out and about. My aim for the next weigh in is 3lb, laters guys

18st 9lb.......3lb loss this week which I am really glad about because my doctor thinks I might be diabetic and there is no way I am taking the squirty bum pills so I need to up my game!
