Hi Hun. I'd say a couple of things, Food wise, you probably aren't eating enough superfree - and it really really does help your losses if you try and stick to 1/3rd in each meal.

I have learnt a few things doing SW for such a long time. One thing I have learnt is that the only thing I can be sure about it that if I don't stick to plan ,I'll probably have a gain. I never 'expect' a loss if I've stuck to plan.

Secondly -I look at my weight loss over a month. This takes into account fluctuation due to hormones once a month - if it is TOTM then you can pretty much guarantee you'll have a gain or maintain as your body retains water.

DAY 15:

Breakfast:

1 banana
2 alpen light Hexb
Tea with truvia


Lunch:

Sweet chilli pasta with chicken (2

2 clementines


Snack:
1 Muller light

Dinner:

Seafood sticks and couscous with carrots, garlic, peppers and chickpeas. Chilli sauce ( 2 syns )


Dessert:
Freddo chocolate bar (5 syns)
Tea

DAY 16:

Breakfast:

Muller light vanilla
Raspberries and strawberries


Lunch:
Leftover couscous and seafood sticks (1 syn)
1 large grapefruit


Snack: 2 alpen light (Hexb)


Dinner:

Takeaway chicken chow mein (7 syns)


1 tea with truvia and milk (hexa)

DAY 17:

Breakfast:

2 alpen light and a costa skinny cappuccino (3.5 syns)


Lunch:

1 mugshot and 1 banana


Snack:

1 muller light toffee



Dinner:

Nandos baby!!!! Butterfly chicken, spicy rice and corn on the cob with a little extra medium sauce (7 syns)

Dessert:

Mcdonalds ice cream cone (7.5 syns )

DAY 18:

Brunch:

5 seafood sticks with a tiny bit of sweet chilli (1 syn)
Slimming world syn free pancakes topped with chopped fruit and 1 tbs maple syrup (2 syns)





Dinner:

Chicken and rice 0.5 syn korma


Dessert : had a really bad sweet tooth so i had a curly wurly and a freddo ( 11 syns)


1 babybel as half my hexa

Thank you. I've seen recipes like this using coconut mullers and I'm just a bit scared as I think I imagine the yoghurt to be too sweet. I looked through the thread and noticed someone mentioned they used FF plain Greek yog and coconut flavouring so I might try that (if I can figure out where to get the flavouring from!)
Which yoghurt did you use, and why do you think you weren't that fussed on it?

I got the muller greek style coconut yogurts.Hm... I don't know why I wasn't fussed it just tasted different to what korma normally tastes like, but I am going to attempt to make it again and not use the stock as i think that made it taste a bit salty.
 
DAY 19:

Breakfast :
Muller light with All bran and chopped up fruit (hexb)

Lunch:

Leftover chicken korma (0.5 syn)


Snack: 1 banana

Dinner: Yummy seafood pasta with salad (5)

Dessert: 1 camomile tea and a curly wurly ( 6 syns)

DAY 20:

leftover seafood pasta (5 syns)


Snack:
3 squares of cadbury's dairy milk ( 6 syns)


Dinner:
Slimming world syn free pancakes with fruit and maple syrup (2 syns)
 
Weigh in day and i have lost 2.5 pounds making that a total of 7 pounds! Yay!

Lunch:
Thai special fried rice with chicken (8 syns)


Dinner: chicken breast with boiled veggies and mashed potato with a little of nandos peri peri medium sauce (0.5 syn)


Dessert: 1 cup of tea and one Freddo (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS: 13.5
 
DAY 22:

Breakfast:

Muller light with chopped fruit


Lunch:
leftover grilled chicken with mash potatoes and veggies

Snack:

Dinner:

Chicken souvlaki (greek kebabs) 9 syns

Freddo chocolate bar (5 syns)

DAY 25:


Sunday brunch:
Went out and had two poached eggs on some toast (no butter) lots of mushrooms, a tomato and 1 slice of bacon grilled with all fat removed. Am synning as 5 just in case any oil was used anywhere.



Afternoon:
1 skinny capuccino 3 syns and 1 naughty waffle from starbucks 8.5 syns


Dinner:
leftover pasta from the day before but a smaller portion. 3 syns

Dessert:
curly wurly 6 syns


TOTAL SYNS: 25 eeeeeek!
