Extra Easy Syn Free or Low Syn Yoghurts

Maybe one of you lovely ladies can ask a consultant or phone the slimming world helpline? I am doing sw from home alone so can't ask anybody except from on here xx

Rubbish...keep us updated once you find out...will finish the ones i've got synning them at 3 syns each and then go back to the free strawberry, lemon and coconut-vanilla...they are in the food directory as free...100% sure about that one!!!!

If somebody has the dietary info I may be able to use the syn calculator and find out that way.

Cherry is 1/2 syn
Toffe is 1/2 syn
Peach honey 1/2 syn

The lemon ones are free as they are 67 cals, 0.6g fat, 9.3g carbs and 6g protein.

I thought about this, but I couldn't find any coconut flavouring. Where do you get yours from?

I go to Lakeland for my baking stuff, they have sites for those who can't get to the shop so you can order things online and get them delivered.
Going into the shop is an experience though, it's a very professional shop but it has all sorts of things for all aspects of home-life, you could easily blow over a months money if you spent frivolously there!

For yoghurts etc. you don't have to use a lot of the flavouring, there is an element of evaporation to contend with when you bake with the flavourings but it is nothing which cannot be easily handled.

I just baked some cherry bakewell flavoured protein muffins which I will be taking to the Gym with me later for a post-workout Protein hit :)
