It's okay Green Eyed Monster, I love going in that place, just to have a look around and see what is there, LOL!

Obviously, things like Storecupboard staples, you don't need to replace but they have some fantastic essences in there, I bought peppermint extract and Almond Extract yesterday along with some food colouring to jazz up my protein muffins. Today I have Cherry Bakewell protein muffins to feed my muscles post-workout!

I thought about this, but I couldn't find any coconut flavouring. Where do you get yours from?

Have you tried the muller greek delight coconut & vanilla ones? They are AMAZING. Can't stop eating them.
