Are there any syns in lamb if I cut as much of the fat off as poss?
I am talking about on red and EE days!

29/1/12: 11 stone 3.5
4/2/12: 10 stone 13
16/4/12: 11 stone after not really doing it for a while so happy with that
As long as you've removed all visible fat and cooked in it a fat free way (e.g. grilling it, put it in the george foreman, frylight) then it's free to enjoy on red and EE
