Hey, received my copy of t25 programme (alpha and beta phases) last week and so far only tried disc 1 (cardio) and wow... You really do get a sweat on yet the moves are easy to perform. I'm away for last 2 weeks in June, but going to try and sample them all before starting it religiously at the beginning of July. Anybody else tried/going to start this 10 week programme?
