A new SW week and 105 shiny new syns :) Today's menu B yoghurt and satsumas
L SW lasagna and spinach

Snack 2 Aldi bars Banana
D Chilli and rice or wedges with salad
Hea cheese
Heb Aldi benefit bars

Syns 6/105 2 each meal for lean mince and 2 for milk in teas

Feeling very hungry today so may need more free food at some point

Much better week this week have got to Sunday with only 20 syns used this week :) lots of running and feeling focused .

Would love 2 pounds off this week to get me to my next goal a week early
( 11 7 by feb 14th)

Menu

B banana pancakes
Greek yoghurt
Satsumas

L Tom and red pepper soup
Cheesy chips

D gammon roast dinner
Yoghurt with highlights

Treat
Either a small piece of birthday cake or a small dairy milk bar
 
I didn't have them as ran out if time but this us how I make them

2 eggs separated and whites whisked until soft peaks
1/2 tsp if baking powder 1/2 syn
1 banana sliced thinly
Sweetener to taste

Mix egg yolks, banana and baking powder and sweetner

Fold into egg whites

Place dollops into a non stick pan sprayed with frylight , they are very fragile . But flip over once browned .

Serve with yog and fruit delicious and filling

Now strictly speaking as the banana is cooked it is syns BUT if I only have one banana I refuse too syn it so count this as 1/2 syn

Edit ****** muesli does not cut it was starving straight away
Snack at 19 am big bowl of fruit and yoghurt Lunch Shepherds pie with carrot and swede
mash and a banana
Dinner Tom and red pepper soup Cheesy chips
