So this is it! Me kicking the fat once and for all!
Who am I?
Well as the title suggests I'm an housewife and a stay at home mummy. I'm 28 years old, 5ft 5" and weigh 14st 12.5lb as of yesterday (27.12.13) Eeek!
Why now?
I'm fed up of not fitting in to my pre pregnancy clothes although I can't call it baby weight when my daughter is 3.5 years old! I want to enjoy going out and about rather than worrying about what I'm going to wear! I want to be the old me not the me with 2/3 double chins in every photo. Or the me with back fat when I wear a fitted dress / top.
Failed attempts?
The past 3.5 years has been one big fail of an attempt. Following the weight watchers pro points system just hasn't worked for me.
Successful attempts?
In 2005 I lost 2 stone from March to August going from 12st to 10st, following weight watchers switch plan.
The plan I'm following?
Well I've dusted off my old weight watchers books ready to do it from home, but with my own little twist. Sometimes pointing just isn't an option (like on a all inclusive holiday) so I like the filling and healthy attitude of not counting and eating until your full. I'm therefore going to count points most of the time but opt for a filling and healthy attitude when it's just not an option. When I opt for fh I'm going to allow myself 3pts a day to cover things like mayo etc. I want to add exercise in to my routine and use my gym membership. I'm going to set my own fitness targets each week. My wi will be Friday to keep me on track at weekends and my measurements / progress photos will be taken every 4 weeks.

10lb off by 27th Jan 14 (Egypt Holiday)
Maintain whilst in Egypt for two weeks.
21lb off by 21st March 14
28lb off by 2nd May 14
35lb off by 6th June 14
42lb off by 18th July 14
49lb off by 8th August 14
Maintain whilst on holiday for two weeks
Reach goal of 58.5lb by Christmas 2014
