I've just been reading through some of your diaries on here and I thought I'd try to keep one myself.
I've dipped in and out of calorie counting over the last year or 2 but find life gets in the way or as I'm realising I allow things to become an excuse. But this time I'm determined to be wearing all those lovely clothes in my wardrobe that are too tight by the summer
I'm tracking calories using MFP and adding exercise to my evenings. I have tried exercising every evening for 3 weeks now and I think this is unrealistic for me so before I give up I'm changing to every other evening. I have 2 children (7 and 3) and a full time job so maybe I need to be more realistic and not set myself up to fail.
Anyway, I'm finding this site a great help so far and looking forward to getting to know people on here and pick up so much needed tips along the way
