Up and Down- Hoping that this time there's more Down than Up!

So I've decided that I need to start Slimming World for what feels like the 1000th time. I am on holiday in Belgium for Easter/ my birthday this weekend so it will be strategy 1 for this and then back on it as soon as I land back in the UK.

My motivation is that I'm Bridesmaid for my best friend in September and want to look as amazing as I can for it! I looked at myself today and thought I wouldn't feel comfortable on the day being as I am.

At the moment, I work full time as a Technical Support Specialist for a software company- It's very challenging and demands a lot of brain power! I find myself being very lazy when I get home and all I want to do is sleep. When I've done Slimming World in the past I've found that it requires a lot of preparation which is what I'm worried about!

Doing an online shop now and sitting and planning my meals for next week. After this post I will probably be pretty quiet until Tuesday which is when I return home, but I wanted to get it all down in writing so there's no going back!!

I've not decided if I'm going to join a group, I've found in the past that there's been more motivation and better results when I have.

So one day into my long weekend away and I'm craving salad! Category 1 but doing lots of walking so hoping not too much damage. Almost 25000 steps yesterday!
