I've been really rubbish today...need to go shopping for more fruit and veggies but not going til later in the week. Green days for me until then!

He he! The whole of the week before was pittiful though :) & i spent most of it starving - i resorted to 2 breakfasts one day! That why i want to up It this week to see if it boosts weight loss - yesterday was my first day. Not sure how long i can sustain it though!
 
Posting here helps. How sad is that! "I think I'll have an Alpen bar. No I won't, I'll have some celery so I can add it to my SF list". Ridiculous!!!! Whatever motivates you though I guess. Goodness knows what I'd do without this forum. I check it more than I do my FB!!!
