I agree the great weight losses are such an achievement and all their stories are different.
I'm one of the pathetic ones who didn't have much to lose! :sigh: Only joking I worked hard and sweated to get those pounds off!!

I agree Janet - the bigger losses do make interesting reading ,but that's not to deflect the achievements of those (including myself) who didn't have massive amounts to lose.

We are all different and amazing in our own ways, and I am proud of what I have done and worked hard for
