Working out

Hi

Just wondered if anyone is working out while doing vlcd and how it effects the weight losses ?
I'm coming into week 4 and would like to start working out but do not want to mess my weight loss up.

Any advice would be great x

Start weight 16st 3lbs
Goal weight 10st

1st weigh in 3.11.13. - 9lbs
2nd weigh in 10.11.13 -1lbs
3rd weigh in 17.11.13 - 3lbs

How are you finding it?

Only little gentle exercise would be advised and take it slowly to see how you go. Obviously with so few calories consumed your body might react weirdly to exercise. But once you're doing it and have built up a little over time you'll find you can do a little more and a little more still. But listen to your body.
Walking swimming yoga Pilates anything gentle and/or toning is great. If that goes well take it up a notch.
Lots of water and maybe time it around a meal/pack so you can deal with any hunger exercise can cause too.
But certainly don't go running a marathon straight away!! :)
