Had weigh in tonight and lost a further 2lbs and got my 1st stone. Am so chuffed :)

My leader told me today to have 7 extra pts a day from the weeklies and either use them, partly use them or don't use them, but don't carry them over unless i know i have an important event coming up. This way it would keep me going as 29pts daily is not enough all the time. So today i used 1 weekly, but tomorrow will be back to 7 again. etc
