Yay! For me it's approximately 88 pounds which is about 40 kilos. I lost 4.9 kilos this far
I have failed so many times before I have lost count, but can feel that it is different this time. I know I will succeed as I am losing weight as I really want to, not just because I should.
I am following the WW programme and taking it slow. That's where I failed in the past. Thinking I was on a diet and needed to lose the weight wuick. Now I am aware it is more than a diet, it's for life. So am taking it slow, still eating some unhealthy stuff and not working out right now. When I stop losing it will be easier to adjust, in order to keep losing.
As to working out, I am pretty challenged as I am a single mother. I am currently not working, so I will be able to go workout when my son is at daycare. However, when I find a job that possibility is gone and I will need to find things I can do with my son, which also gives me a workout at the same time. People always suggest a lot of things, but they don't realize how little time you have on your hands as a single parent pf a young child. I mean once I work, i am up from 6am getting us ready for work and daycare. I put him to sleep at 8, leaving me two hours until I go to bed. Two hours in which to tidy and clean the kitchen, sort laundry, prepare for the next day and get some alone time. Not much. And as said, this is for life, not just for a short period of time. So I need to be realistic
So, am being realistic, and really taking it slow and easy, as it has to last. Am happy to lose the weight slowly and steadily and moreimportantly for good
