Thanks, I'm not very good at eating healthy - and I don't really like veg, which is why I think WW is working much better for me than SW did. I realise that part of it should be about improving your eating habits but I find that if I try and eat things I don't like just to lose wieght, I am more inclined to cheat and will then put on. So, whilst I am probably not following the conventional 'change for life' format, it is working and so I will carry on with what I'm doing :)

Weighed in this morning and I have stayed the same this week. I am a little, tiny bit disappointed as I only needed a measly 1/2 lb to get my stone, but I have had a couple of pretty good losses the last couple of weeks and this week is 'star' week so I am not too downhearted. Hopefully will have a good loss next week to make up for it.

It's my husband's Birthday today and tomorrow we are going to TGI Fridays to celebrate - it turns out I actually couldn't have picked a worse place to go, from a WW perspective, as everything there is ludicrously high in points. But I have already decided that I will share with my son, accept that I have used all my weeklies and have a really good rest of the week so hopefully won't do any real damage.

Hope everyone has a great week!
