None - didn't get up until nearly 11am

To sum up, I didn't have the best of weeks and would not have been at all surprised if I'd gained (or at least stayed the same this week) - BUT I weighed in this morning, as usual, and have lost another 2lbs. I am absolutely ecstatic!
 
Well done on your loss this week and belated happy anniversary. I find it so hard to eat out or have a takeaway when trying to lose weight so I try my best to avoid it. I had saved points for an indian on Friday but ended up having a chippy instead and so think I was under the points I saved, it is so hard to judge points as portions can vary so much. I hope you have a good week this week. x

I know what you mean, I find I tend to become a bit antisocial when I'm seriously sticking to it as I hate the idea of risking undoing my hard work. But I think I have come to the realisation that I can 'get away with' being a bit naughty for the odd meal as long as I don't use the mentality that says "I've been bad already so I might as well carry on". That's something I did wrong a lot in the past.

Well, I changed my WI day to Friday. As I am doing it at home, it doesn't really matter what day I weigh in and I wanted to try and get WI day back to a Wednesday so I will have my final pre-holiday weight check on 29th April (the day before we fly). I am going to leave it a couple of weeks and move WI back to Wednesday from Friday. Anyway, the upshot is that, even weighing in 3 days early, I lost another 2 lbs this week, for a total of 13.5 lbs - so, so happy :wee:

Will update my diary in a little while.
