    On a mission - aniauk83

    I have decided to start my own diary. I have been on here since november 2012 and thats how long i have been on my diet too. For a very begining a few pics of myself before the diet (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)

    im here 14st 6 lbs and very unhappy about myself.

    So i have decided to start low carbs diet which allows me daily consume only 60gr of carbs (daily allowance for an adult based of 2000kcal diet is 250gr)

    I dont know why i cant upload any more pics (is there a daily limit) ?? but after 4 months i weight 11st6lbs so lost 3 stones (again cant uplos a pic at the moment).

    My goal weight is 9st9lbs and i carry on the same diet.

    hi thank u very much. I am doing low carbs diet, allowing myself 60gr carbs limit a day (i dont count calories at all, but only carbs intake)

    I don't count veggies or fruits carbs. They are allowed when im hungry in between. I don't eat pasta, rice, bread, potatoes or sweets at all (well maybe once in 3 weeks when i let myself to be naughty hehe) i swapped the time as well. My biggest meal which contains salad n meat is about 3-4pm and in the evening i have soup or some dairy products (0% fat tho!). So when u asleep and ur body is in slow motion mood (hehe) all it has to metabolise is liquids (soup, yoghurts etc)

    I am not an expert at all but this kind of changes work for me :-))))))

    Whatever you have done its worked wonders for you.
    I'm working out with a trainer at the moment and he has put me on low carbs- no caffeine, no wheat,no dairy.
    But I often find myself having a slice of bread. Could that disrupt my weight loss?
    I've been the same weight for about 3weeks.although the shape of my body has changed a lot, 5inches from my waist.

    if ur shape has changed that only means that u r losing fat weight but gaining muscles weight and thats why scale doesnt move. Working out always slows down scale move because of muscles weight (and they apparenty weight more than fat).
    No caffeine? oh My i do drink 4,5 coffees a day (with sweetners n skimmed milk tho), cant live without coffee, i wonder why ur trainer doesnt let u have it (can u ask?), it doesnt slow down my weight lose as i always have 4,5 cups a day!
    no dairy? thats weird for me too, because thick 0% fat yoghurt is my daily basic for breakfast, plus i drink Actimel (0% fat as well) every morning. I do drink my coffee with skimmed milk and also have sometimes (maybe once a week) the low fat philadelphia cheese on ryvita bread (they only 8gr carbs per slice).

    So u reckon losing fat weight is good?

    Basically the liver recognizes caffeine as a toxin and has to work hard to break it down so toxins need to be eliminated for the body to cleanse and concentrate on fat burning...

    Dairy he said cause bloating and most people are intolerant to it...

    hmmmm but if u at the same time drink lots of water (i do 3 littres a day) so the toxins are being cleared. I think haha
    dairies and bloatness? hmmm they dont have that effect on me but i believe he might b right.

    of course losing fat weight is good ! some ppl do excercise and do dietsn some only do diet. Im the second group. I have decided to lose all the weight i want and then hit the gym to tone my body. and when i finish my diet and start eating bit more and add more carbs in daily basics gym will help me to keep the weight i want to b. i hope

    I just hope that I can get into a size 12 regardless of weight but I would like to start seeing a difference on the scales....

    I'm a size 16-18 and want a 12 but would be happy in a comfortable 14 not a 14 that I'm struggling to breathe in ?

    It's just I get so upset when I don't see the scales move... And then my partners gone away for 10 weeks,it's been 4 so I will see him in 6 weeks and I want him to notice a difference

    6 weeks its a long time, he will defenitely notice a difference, does he know about ur diet? mine said "as long as u happy" and wasnt convinced about me going smaller, now he loves the fact i start wearing sexy underwear

    i am a fanatic about scale as well, i got a very bad habbit of weighting myself every morning! cant help it really and i get upset as well when it doesnt movefor more than two days
