happy with life not happy with weight :(

I lost 2 stone on the cambridge diet 3 years ago and in that time i had a beautiful baby boy unfortunatly i seperated from his dad, I kept the weight of but in the last 9 months I met the most wonderful man and have never been happier, with this comes contentment and my weight has slowly gone up, im now bk up to 13.5 not my heaviest which was 14.6 but i dont want it to keep creaping up. Its hard because im so happy when it comes to life but I cant look in the mirror I dont want to go out anymore cos my clothes are to tight, I have tried to go bk on the diet a few times but only last days but this time i feel if I write a sort of blog it may give me strength to keep at it. fingers crossed and good luck to everyone else on it :) xxx

So day 2 and I gave in last night and ate and felt really bad, Iv been good so far today but really trying hard to fight the craving for food and its not cos im hungry its just cos im bored, :(
