    Pammyd's Daily Dairy (WW)

    Good morning all, I've been doing SW for a while but have not been very successful wth it (infact I was rubbish). So have decided to give WW another go, its been a while so I'm hoping that lots of you will give me advice and support . I tend to try and put my diary on in advance and change it if anything happens, I also added my points into a weekly total and already deducted 2 points per day for my milk allowance, so if you see a daily total of 14 points, its actually 16, if that makes sense. I kept forgetting to include my milk last time so this will combat that hopefully.

    Anyway:
    Here goes nothing!!

    Day 1 Week 1

    Points for week (excluding milk) 126

    Breakfast
    Oats so simple - 2
    shape zero - 1
    lunch
    2 x ham/cheese rolls - 4.5
    velvet crisps - 1
    apple - 0.5
    dinner
    pasta salad - 2.5
    extra veg - 0
    alpen bar - 1
    total for day = 12.5
    left for week 113.5

    all points have been worked out either using my calculator or the WW scales.

    Why am I doing this?
    1. To look good in my clothes.
    2. So my thighs don't rub together when its hot.
    3. To be fabulous not frumpy in my forties.
    4. 'Cos I've wasted so much time talking about it and wishing it would happen - I've finally figured out you have to start and stick to the eating plan
    5. 'Cos I've not been happy this size for the last 10 years.
    6. 'Cos if I don't, I'll be moaning when I'm in my fifties about my weight.
    If your not panicking, you may not fully comprehend the situation....

    Lunch
    pasta salad - 2.5
    fibre plus bar - 1.5

    Dinner
    chicken kebab meat with chips and curry, all shared with OH, so pointed at - 10

    snacks - ww crisps - 1

    total for day 18
    left for week = 95.5

    Breakfast - 1 toast (no butter) with tomatos and mushrooms - 1.5

    mid morn - apple - 0.5

    Lunch - chilli bowl (RM) - 4.5
    yogurt - 1

    Dinner - chicken and peppercorn with roast BNS, carrots turnip and green beans - 6
    cadbury light mousse - 1

    total for day - 14.5
