    And I've come to realise that the coconut milk I'vebeen having is what's been making my stomach bad, I must be intolerant or allergic to it. When I haven't been having it, my stomach has been fine, so I'm switching the porridge and bran flakes to having normal milk! X

    Have u tried the hazelnut milk with your porridge. I have 60ml with my porridge which is 0pp. But that does not matter to you though. It makes it nice and creamy. I top up the rest with water.

    week 1 - 1 loss ,week 2 - 2 1/2 loss ,week 3 - sts ,week 4 - 1lb, week 6 - 1lb loss 5% and sliver 7 ,week 7 - sts ( pattern started) ,
    week 8 - 1/2 loss ,week 9 - 1/2 loss (11lb to goal),week 10 - 1.5 loss wahoooooooo MIni goal number 1 done!!! week 11 - missed, week 12 1lb loss

    Goals for 2014 -

    Mini goal 1 - get below 10.4 (the only weight i can only seem to get at ) completed

    Mini Goal 2 - get to 10 stone - 3.5 to go!

    Mini goal 3 - Get to 9.7 by initial goal weight

    A few people have mentioned the almond and hazelnut milk. I might give them a go, but for now I'm just going to stick with skimmed.
    Today's food:

    Mccoys salt n vinegar crisps
    Rocky road Rice Krispie square

    Chicken in bacon with stuffing, cabbage, peas, carrots and I could only manage 1 roast potato!!!
    Sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream

    Had this have been the old Tan, this would have been a very good hangover day, however, this is a very naughty cheat day hahaha!!! Not in the plan at all lol! Oh well.... Back to it tomoz. X

    Finished work and went shopping so haven't done any exercise since last weds. Back to it tomoz with a core class. Will do some weights after.

    Bran flakes and skimmed milk

    Tuna in vinegar, salad and Cous Cous

    Dinner was picky bits coz we worke late: celery, carrot, pâté, cheese and lots of little sausages, followed by a small millionaire shortbread square

    Then when I got in, I ate Brazil nuts and natural yogurt with honey. Bit of a naughty day today!!!

    1 hour class at gym
    Cod in garlic and herbs with salad

    I've decided I'm giving up coffee and all cakes/desserts for lent!!! Here goes.....
