    Morning everyone!

    Im back ! I have been away a while for all different reasons but i got married in August and it was a fabulous day i enjoyed every minute (even if it did go jus toooooooo fast!!)! We also got back from Benalmadena and again it was brilliant!!

    I joined a WW group in September last year and lost nearly 3 stone but i am now back as i still have much more to lose as well as wat i have put on!!
    I cant decide weather to go to group or not?! i feel like with support on here i am ready to go it alone and not waste money that we sometimes dont have a month for me to go to group! i have a propoints calculator so i can work propoints out and also work my weekly points out with that! Also by posting my weight every week on here as well as what i am eating daily i think i can do it!
    I used to go to meetings with my friend Sally and we send pics to each other every day of food ect and as well everytime i weigh myself i will send a pic of the scales to her!

    I was going to join a group near where i live on wednesday but i think going it alone i will weigh my self first thing in the morning!

    So tomorrow morning i will weigh myself (dreading it already lol) face my gain and start a fresh!!!!

    I went shopping yesterday to morrisons n spent a bomb!! Healthy food is so much more expensive than junk! I brought alot of pollock fillets, ww sausages, quorn mince, nume yoghurts, nume quiches lots of spices, passata, tinned toms, fruit, veg (fresh and frozen!). So i feel like i am ready to get started i feel like i no weight watchers inside out and i really enjoy doing it! In myself i am also ready to get back on it as i am fed up of eating rubbish, and by next April/May i wanna be buying smaller summer clothes for next years summer holiday!!!

    anyway i hope to get chatting to some new and old faces again

    **original start 11 stone and half lb**


    Start weight jan 2014- 10st 11 1/2

    week 1 - 1 loss ,week 2 - 2 1/2 loss ,week 3 - sts ,week 4 - 1lb, week 6 - 1lb loss 5% and sliver 7 ,week 7 - sts ( pattern started) ,
    week 8 - 1/2 loss ,week 9 - 1/2 loss (11lb to goal),week 10 - 1.5 loss wahoooooooo MIni goal number 1 done!!! week 11 - missed, week 12 1lb loss

    Goals for 2014 -

    Mini goal 1 - get below 10.4 (the only weight i can only seem to get at ) completed

    Mini Goal 2 - get to 10 stone - 3.5 to go!

    Mini goal 3 - Get to 9.7 by initial goal weight

    You are so right about buying healthy food... Meat is so expensive now... I went to asda yesterday and spent 48 on fruity, veg and meat. There wasnt one processed thing in my trolley. There is a butcher that goes to out local so I am going to see how much a meat pack is from him x

    Our shopping was nearly 80pound!! i was not happy when we walked out so Aldi will b gettin a visit next week lol!
    Yeh i can do it and im ready to get bk on it now i cnt remember the last time i cooked!!
    i am really excited and Carl has put some weight on so he is going to diet with me!! i dont want to have any bread or crisps which i feel i have eaten nothing but for the last few weeks!!!!!
