    Well after hi-jacking one or two too many diaries its obviously high time I did my own. I am rapidly approaching the Fabulous 50(sept 14) and I WILL have these last few lbs off by then and they will be staying off. I will do my best to post my food but its not a strong point for me. I do a mean curry soup , hence the diary name and through the week I devour copious amounts of this. I read some diaries on here and the food sounds wonderful, I am a little ashamed of my penchant for pinging a ready meal.
    I don't have lots of weight to lose but I am finding it hard to get rid of the bit I want shot of. STS this week at 11.7 and would dearly like to be in the middle 10's at least. Got to be careful as too much off doesn't do the few () wrinkles I have any favours so I shall see how I look and go with that. So that's me at the minute, this will probably , very rapidly, become the wanderings of my brain at random points of any given day but there you are. Wishing everyone on here a fab xmas and skinny New Year.

    i like it with the works tho lol like a propa pub meal!

    Well I enjoyed my dinner last night . But today here is whats gone down so far
    WW toast 3pp
    Apple 0pp
    Cooked dinner ( in café) going to use all pp's for today.26pp
    Veg soup for tea 0pp
    Not too bad but may have bag crisps later 2pp
    Only 5 weeklies used if I do so I'm ok with that.

    Thurs is always a big hitter pp wise as I have lunch out with my kids. I generally use the bulk of my dailies on it.
    I am determined this week to lose 1lb at least nota sts or worse!

    Cheers hon, don't know what happened last night!! Opened up the fridge to get soup out and "BOOM" there it was. toffee crisp, just sat there. So in it went!! Not even a big chocolate lover , more crisps and stuff. Anyway all pointed so onto today.

    Hmm, dinner still working on, Thinking a portion of Pukka chicken pie and potatoes type dinner..will check out the pp and get back to you.

    anyway just pointed my dinner
    1/3 Chicken gravy pie (ok it is a family size lol) 11pp
    1/2 pack Tesco mash but bulked up with swede so think I will actually have less than 1/2 really 4pp
    So 15pp all in , not too bad. May actually have can this evening , not sure.
