So I've decided to have a new dairy as it's a new year (well it will be tomorrow lol) and although I do have a diary running in the Weight loss sub folder, it was more like a food diary. If you want to read my old dairy, the link below is me.
A brief history of me....
My name is Claire, I'm 32 and a mummy of 2 young daughters. I've been a gold member of WW for about 2 years which I got after losing 2 stone and have bobbed around my original goal weight of 11 stone. I've been generally happy over the years but for the past 6-9 months of 2013 I've been dissatisfiedand have decided to lose another stone.
I know WW works for me when losing weight, so I'm knuckling down working towards losing just over a stone by May. From my past successes I know I can lose a stone in 3 months so having 4 months is plenty of time. I am going to class but to support my friend. The class is a weigh in only which suits me fine as I'm really not into the whole class experience. My friend finds classes benefit her (I personally can lose without classes) but doesn't both me as I'm there to help her get to gold

So my start is 31st December 2013, I currently weigh 11st 1.4lbs and I'm aiming to get to 9st 12lbs
