Hi new diary

Hi iv decided to do a new diary hope i get back on track i startef april last year lost 2 stone in 10 months then gained 8pound in past 3 to 4 months this has knocked my will power and confidence will be mixing days and am on 29 x

Was meant to go class today was to early and couldnt be bothered waitin feel so fat and horrible just reminds me how i used to feel will be goin back to points i really dont think filling and healthy works for me will try it again when i have lost a vew pounds
