    Hi new diary

    Hi iv decided to do a new diary hope i get back on track i startef april last year lost 2 stone in 10 months then gained 8pound in past 3 to 4 months this has knocked my will power and confidence will be mixing days and am on 29 x

    Welcome back! I am also started well but then quit and gained back(( I am also doing the next try so i understand you so well!! I wish you all the best! We need to stay strong and motivated to achieve our goals! May the force be with us;-)
