    I rejoined WW today and am feeling really positive about it
    I have a lot of weight to lose but am hoping this diary will help keep me on track!

    Hi ladies
    Day 1 went well and I ate all my 28 pp!

    Today so far:
    Breakfast-fruit 0pp
    Lunch-Cheese thin, crisps and cereal bar 11pp

    For dinner later I might have chicken tikka, I have bought the hairy biker sauces and they are meant to be lovely (I haven't worked out the pp yet but I have been told they are low)

    I think she's moved it into the silver or gold member area - you have to have a certain number of posts in order to read them. I think silver is 500 but not sure about gold x

    Sorry hun, I move it as I didn't want nine members reading it plus a few of my friends have had random comments on theirs, it's pretty boring anyways, I will keep you upto date, I have 36 dailies, I try not to use too many of my weeklies maybe if I eat more it would help I don't know lol. Atm I'm not putting too much pressure on myself as I don't need the stress. Xx

    Oh I am hungry!!!! Dinner is cooking but not quick enough
    Had to take my little girl to the doctors after school so haven't cooked the tikka, I have put a ready meal in the oven instead! (chicken and broccoli pie - yum yum)
    I always find day 2 quite tricky, I think its because I am not yet used to eating less. I am sure it will get easier though

    I'm finding the same today as well. Really hungry at the minute, whereas with sw I would have filled up with a really big breakfast and lunch. I am going to experiment with some F&H days soon to help keep me on track and stop me grabbing a biscuit to keep me going. The beauty of WW is been able to have the ready meal when circumstances change. Hope your little girl is ok x
