ProPoints Back again!!!

Oh my God I don't know what is going on in my life at the moment. After a horrible year with a lot of comfort eating im ready to get back on track again.

So a little about me. I have attempted various diaries so some of you may know me already but a bot about me. Im 35 and married to my hubby of 11 years. He has a gorgeous daughter who turns 21 in a few weeks. I started my ww journey in March 2012 at 15 and a half stone amd got to goal of 11 stone 10 in March 2013 and since then have gradually piled on the pounds. I toyed with the idea of slimming world but im a ww girl at heart. Anyway I will find out the damage on Thursday when I go back to my class which im not looking forward to. I am a helper at my class which im not sure helps but I am going to make a decision on that in February. I dont have access to esource at the moment but brought the value plus diary so if im pointing wrong please shout!!!

I am not very active so its purely diet at the moment although I will endeavour to introduce exercise soon and I also have a thyroid condition and am being tested for colitis so have to take these horrible laxatives powders too.

So thats me....im starting on monday when im back at work. Tomorrow im working behind a bar at a football club and the food choices are limited so it will be burger and chips which is why I decided on a monday restart... oh and im also going to try and give up smoking again at the same time!!!!

Im not sure yet if I am going to do propoints or f and h. Thinking of doing a f and h until Thursday when my week restarts and then take it from there.

So there we go. Introductions done. Please feel free to comment on my diary...I hate talking to myself and like making new friends.
 
Off topic, what does the "here to subscribe" mean. is it just that you follow the posts. I tend to to read lots of posts from same people, yourselves included but didn't know what to subscribe entailed....duh!

I had written and done a whole reply this morning but it didnt seem to post!

So today is back on it. Yesterday was from perfect but I always said today was the day. Pointing today so it is as follows:

B - 30g special k - 3pp
L - tuna sandwich - 7pp
D - pork loin steak and vegetables - 7pp

Milk - 3pp, ww bar 2pp, ww biscuit 2pp, green and blacks - 2pp

27/28pp used

Also have banana, apple, nectarine and a satsuma and will make some jelly for later.
 
Here to follow again - I remember you from last year. I have had a similar year with the comfort eating and piled 2st back on.

Its D day tonight and im ready for it. Tried my trousers on this morning and couldnt do the up so I have to do this.

So far I have planned tomorrow and saturday (meal out on the first week!) and sunday and will plan the rest of the week on sunday.
 
So weigh in and....13 stone 7. Not quite as bad as expected but definitely the kick I needed.

So tomorrow is my day 1. Plan is

B - special k and skimmed milk - 5pp
L - tuna salad warburtons thins - 8pp
D - chicken steaks, home mafe chips and either salad or tinned tomatoes - 11pp

Leaves me enough for 2 ww bars and a hot chocolate as my treats....

Saturday im out for a meal in the evening to celebrate my step daughters 21st. Im sharing a starter and pudding with her amd have picked garlic prawns and banoffee pie to share. Im driving so no pp used there and my main is sirloin steak, saute potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms (dont like onion rings so will pass them on)...tomorrows mission is to try and point that lot so I can work out the rest of my day.

One of my lovely ww friends brought me a fruit basket too so will go and get some strawberries tomorrow then can make up a big bowl of fruit salad (she gave me melon, kiwi, pineapple, mango and persimmons) yummy

First challenge of the day....and thank heavens fot that fruit basket! No milk in the house so fruit salad and yoghurt for breakfast. 2pp
 
So....today has been a bit different that planned as everyone seems to be stealing my food!

B - special k bar and fruit - 2pp
L - tuna warburtons thin, peckish crisps and ww bar - 9pp
D - cod, chips and tomatoes - 11pp

Snacks - ww cookies - 2pp

So I still have 4pp to play with later
 
So today I am out for a meal to celebrate my stepdaughter turning 21. She actually turns 21 on wednesday but we are having early celebrations including her getting her present today. We brought her and her boyfriend an all inclusive holiday :)

Anyway today will see me using 25 of my weeklies. Plan is as follows:

Weetabix amd skimmed milk
Tuna and warburtons thins and a ww bar
Sharing starter - garlic prawns (pointed 10pp as in oil and garlic with bread)
Sirloin steak, saute potatoes and mushrooms - pointed at 27pp
Sharing banoffee pie - pointed at I can't actually remember will have to check my journal later!

Im hungry already and have 3 and a half hours until the meal so going to have some fruit and hopefully it will help!
 
The meal was amazing. Totally enjoyed it. Today bck to being good.

L - 2 x warburtons thins with ham and ww coleslaw - 10pp
D - pork loin steaks, vegetables and gravy - 8pp

Food has beem good but today has been an emotionally testing day. Wish I could just pour my heart out somewhere. Bottling in emotions is not good for the diet. All I want to do is eat crap. My best friend and the only person I could talk to is on holiday so today is a challenge thats for sure
 
Ah Hun days like that suck!! I am an emotional eater also, and I mean every emotion, sad, lonely, happy etc etc. I hope you are feeling a slightly bit better x
