Panic- Summer is coming!!!!!!

I really need to shift the weight I have accumulated over a difficult year.

I started counting pp again this morning on a spur of the moment decision (I am an old hand at pp though, I've done it for years and maintained for around 2years before having my final baby). I didn't weigh myself but I think I'm around 12st 8lb. At 5ft 8" that puts me filmly in overweight:mad:.

I would ultimately like to reach 11st but I need to break this down to manageable bites for me. I am just aiming to lose 1lb a week, nothing more and nothing less.

I am quite active. I exercise in bootcamps at least 4 days a week, 1hr long sessions at a time. I really really enjoy it, more so for my mental wellness (its hard to get time to myself with 3 kids lol). Of course the physical rewards are great too;).

Please feel free to comment on my diary and give feed back. I love company :D

So...maybe a little about me. I'm female, 33yrs old. I'm a SAHM of 3 gorgeous and very very busy children. I love all things food. I cook and bake alot, mostly find it therapeutic lol, but find it hard to resist eating more than my portion :rolleyes:. I think thats it. I'll be back later with my diary. xx

if it makes you feel any better i am 5'9 and 15st12lb so to me you're skinny lol i like to exercise too i just like to eat aswell, its my first week doing weightwatchers and im 31 . i dont have any children yet but hopefully soon :p

Happy enough with today. Feel full up and content enough. Bootcamp was tough tonight and definately was a sweaty betty. Thoroughly enjoyed it though.

Yeah it seems very quiet but sure we only need a few good friends and we are good to go lol. I finally got round to weighing myself this morning and its worse than I feared. 12st 9.4lb. I'm pissed off with myself. But great to have someone around the same height and weight to work with or compete against lol.

Today I had great news so I am feeling more motivated and raring to go. I had a biopsy taken at the breast clinic last week, and after waiting for the appointment for 6months I think it stressed and upset me more than I thought it did. I got the all clear this morning. I cried for about 10mins with the relief, and I didn't think I was letting the whole thing get to me lol. Just shows. I reckon that this probably was the main reason for my binging and bad eating habits lately. But its over now and I am so so happy.

Spent most of today tidying up and cleaning the house. Seems that the house went a bit to the dogs as well. But I'm nearly there now and finding it therapeutic to throw out stuff we don't use.

I've been sticking to my eating plan as well and trying to drink more water. I'm really really bad at drinking water. I can go days without drinking a drop. I drink far far too much coke zero though. I finished the 1.75litre bottle yesterday and I am only buying a can from now on if I really want it.

Right must get the baby up from her nap and go and get my eldest from school at 3. I'll be back later with my food diary xx
