brand new to this, after seeing my mum and afew friends successfully lose weight with propoints i decided to start it myself (today was day 1)
I am just under 22 stone and 5"7 is it normal that i have been allocated 48 ProPoints daily? (on my WW app and calculator)
Just seems alot concidering a friend is allowed 29.
I am looking forward to progressing and updating all my targets/goals and achievments and seeing all of yours too
