    The message you copied was the first set up of members per team, but as more ppl wanted to join the members have slightly changed - so just stick with your team (Team 1 was it?) as Rach said in the other thread - am not sure if Rach is planning on updating this post...

    or did I know completely missunderstand your post????
    My first goal: BMI 30



    New Start: 09/08/2010

    To tackle:
    => not putting all the food on the plates
    => I don't have to finish my plate if I am full
    => cutting down on carbs
    => throwing food away - rather in the bin than on my hips
    => starting to jog again

    hey rach jus wondering how wer doing the first weeks points result?? are we doing them weekly so that we dont lose track?? also hun since everyone has diff number of members on team how will we make scoring fair? maybe averages of everyone score on team put together then diveided by the number on team im wee bit confused x
