Good Evening All,

Well, ive made a decision to move to weight watchers from slim fast.

A bit of background on me, Ive lost just under 4 stone (3 stone 12lbs) since the 28th August 2009, im a slow loser!!

I have my graduation on the 10th July and want to get to my ultimate target of 11st 7lb then to take my overal loss to just over 5 stone.

I have been on slimfast since january but i have realised I just like my food to much to swap meals with shakes. I went online and signed up for 3 months, and will be putting in my food from today. I havn't used ppoints before, so im hoping its a good investment for me.

Im also a PCOS sufferer so i know my losses maybe a bit slow but a nice loss to kick start me will make me so happy :)
 
Im using esource to track my eating for weight watchers. Im allowed 28 points plus the 47 weeklies.

Today i have had

Banana (0)
2x WW Malted Danish (3)
Olive oil spread (1)
I tbsp Marmite (0)


2x WW malted danish (3)
1tbsp Tomato Sauce (1)
10g Bernard Mathews Turkey Ham (0)
Mini Cheddars Baked (4)

Dinner will be from Harvesters
Sausage and Mash (14)
Fruit Skewers without the icream (0)

I have 3 points left, and im feeling very positive. Who knows what can happen with this.

I also have 40 weeklies left and my weigh in is every Friday morning.

I pointed everything that i had yesterday, even though i signed up to WW yesterday evening, and it took 7 weeklies out of my allowance.

Im going to a beefeater tomorrow morning for breakfast, ive looked it up and im going to have porridge (4) and Fresh Fruit Salad. (0)

Yesterday was a good day for me too. I went to the breakfast buffett and stuck to plan. Porridge and fruit Salad. I went to a christening and didnt have anything from the buffett but 1 choccie finger and 1 digestive buiscuit.

I waited until i got home and had a pointed controlled lunch and then later on had a point pointed dinner. No extras and 3 pps under :)

Today, ive been good, had my breakfast of porridge at uni, with a fruit tea. Ive waited until ive got home and having my dinner now, as i have work when i should have had my lunch, as i have work later.

Im feeling really positive.
 
good diary so far :) i have learnt from advice on here though that its best to use ALL your daily points. I stock up on Options hot chocolates, they are 1pp per hot choc so really nice after dinner/before bed when you start craving something sweet, also WW mini cookies or wafer bar to have with hot choc! :)

Also i thought everyone's weeklies was 49? not 47? xx

yep when i signed up and started tracking my foods on friday i went over, so it deducted my weeklies off

lol no im sure its probably varies or something, guess i've just only noticed people with 49pp weeklies. You'll be able to tell when you start a new week any way :)

Sorry everyone, i havnt been updating this. I follow other blogs on here, but ive been updating my food diary on WW online and getting into a habit of tracking so keep on forgetting this.

ive been within pp this week apart from Wednesday when I had a nice big dinner using some weeklies. I ended the week having 17 weeklies free. Im pretty chuffed as i started this last week after feeling rubbish and having eaten a 100g bar of white chocolate which took a lot of weeklies! lol

Roll on next week! :)
 
Another week done, i thought i would have had a gain, but ive been fortunate enough to have a lb loss. Slow and steady but its all mounting up. x
 
Still going well on this. Had my 4th WI and another 1.12lbs loss, which brings me to an 8lb loss in 4 weeks. First silver 7 for me on WW. I update my food diary using esource but I just thought id update. So far, so good :)
