How do you maintain?

Hey, I'm new on here, thought I would join to get some advice.

I've been doing weight watchers at home since January, so i haven't went to any meetings, I've lost 3st2lbs and I'm down to my goal weight but I'm not sure how to maintain it.

Does anyone know if I should put my daily points up or if there is another way?

I believe you put your points up by about six and then it's a trial and error till you find out how many work for you. So do a couple of weeks at six and if still losing go up another two or the other way if gaining. But give it a few weeks to see x
 
Thanks Rkmriddell, so I'm on 29 points at the minute, if I put them up to 35 does that mean I still get my 49 weekly points?

I maintained for 2 weeks just using weekly points each night and exercising but I lost 1lb this week doing that but I did less exercise :s

Yeah you still get your weeklies. I wish I knew the exact answer but haven't got that far yet. It's all a bit of trial and error I think. Well done for reaching goal though x

I still want to lose half a stone more but I need to stay the same for my graduation dress to fit haha

I was gonna ask this, I'm still In week one lol but really don't want to pile it all on again! 27lbs to go!!!
