I'm having a bit of a dilemma at the moment as for 2 weeks now I have STS. I don't officially weight in till sat for this week but every morning I step on my scales and they are not budging which sounds daft but they usually do. I have 3/4 pieces of fruit per day and some free veg with dinner but I wouldn't say i'm overly using this.
I'm on 29pp so I was looking for advice as I was thinking of possibly dropping a point to see if that makes a difference or should I just stick out with the 29pp and hope my body reacts eventually. It's completely soul destroying counting and tracking everything that passes my lips to get nothing for it.
