    Thursday weigh in....

    Hey guys!

Any one else have a Thursday weigh in?

I quite like mine on a Thursday, means if I do have any cheats at the weekend I have a few days to get myself back on the wagon or do a bit of exercise!

Let me know how you get on!

    Well done on your loss
I gained 2.5lbs tonight at class after 2 weeks off but I'm determined to get a loss next week.
Good luck for your new week ahead xx
