    GRAPES!!

    It's * week and the only thing that has kept me away from the vending machine and the desk full of goodies brought in by my colleague to celebrate her birthday is a punnet of red grapes. I have nearly eaten the whole punnet :eek: and just wondering if that is ok to do???

    Do you use all your syns every day?

    Hi all I've been doing SW online for 3 weeks now and first week lost 0.5lb (probably a build up of Christmas scoffing!!) second week 3lb and this week nothing :cry:. I haven't been having all of my syns in a day and wondered whether this might be why I've not lost?? It is time of the month...
