    Sounds like a bit of a nightmare, but if you are having bread you won't stay in ketosis and if you're body isn't burning fat for fuel you are going to be feeling hungry and I do find the more water I consume the more I lose.     I'm with you!! I'm away with my family in 7 weeks for a holiday and this is my first week so I'm trying to lose the best part of 2 stone too!! It's entirely possible if we stick to it :)

    I'm restarting too. I lost six stone on shakes for 5 and half months. But I gradually went back to my old eating habits and have put 5 stone back on over 4 years. I've learned that people who stay slim don't eat that way, they have smaller portions and if they eat a big meal they don't eat much...
