I have been slacking for a couple of weeks too. Hit my 10kg first target last Thursday - my next target is a further 10kgs by end of September. My gp has suggested aiming for 1/2 kg a week, but I hope I do more than that. Also allowing for the odd bad week. Off to prepare a chicken mince dinner...

Enjoy your chill out you deserve it, it is always hard with family visiting but even harder for you with your mum having dementia. I am sure you will get back on track again once you are chilled. Have you got much to lose? Or are you just really maintaining now?

How long is your mum on holiday for.? I know it cam be stressful with family staying. I am sure you will get back on track soon.

I was in Casa yesterday and no luck there - Carbonell have just launched a spray olive oil in Spain, one for cooking and one for salads, I have picked one up from Carrefour and going to give it a try. Hopefully it will save the mission of searching for a sprayer. Yes I know it is not fry-light...

I have just had a Mercadona Recetas Pasteleras 0% yoghurt - are these seriously either free or only 1/2 syn?? I had the Stracciatella one, as it appealed least to me and I loved it..... Please confirm the syn values - I can see me eating loads of these!!!!

I had it with brown rice, plenty of sauce to mix in with the rice. Although I think it would be good with the chips too. I haven't made those yet. I thought it tasted that nice that I got my neighbour to try it and guess what it was.

I just made the diet coke chicken, really tasty, def having that again! Can't believe it is syn free on EE. I made sure I added loads of veg to it.

I have just had some books delivered so have complete lists of free and superfree now. Def worth having a list available to refer to. I am also keeping a food diary. I only really seem to be using my syns at the weekend and that is on Vodka and oil from cooking. I luckily got given a fry light...

Hi Pommette - I am in Oliva, so probably about 2 hours from you. Had a bit of a bad weekend with the Vodka's but managed to stick with the food side, so having a ultra good week this week. Still craving sauces and chocolate...Luckily I love vegetables, not so keen on Fruit but working on trying...
